How to buy in Żabka ?

- Have your payment card ready (even on your phone or watch).
- Apply the card to the Paypass reader or follow the directions on the terminal.
- We will charge 5 PLN from your account and return it automatically. This is necessary for us to verify you.
- Enter the phone number to which we will send a text message with the bill.
Take what you want from the shelf and that’s it! Our cameras watch which products you take from the shelf and add them to your bill.
Forget about queues and scanning every single item.
If you already have everything – you can carry on with your day!

- Download the Żappka app, select Nano in the menu, and register. Add a payment card – you can do it at home.
- Generate a QR code the square one, not the bar code 🙂
- Apply the QR code to the reader in front of the store and the door will open automatically.

Security and payments
Your security is our top priority.
The account you set up is secured by verifying your phone number and access to payments from the connected card by a PIN code you set.
Inside the Nano, cameras take care of your safety and if a dangerous situation is detected, a call is made to our Video Surveillance Center.
In case of any situation where you need help, you can contact us through the SOS button available in each Nano.

You can enter Żabka Nano without restrictions. When the limit of people is reached, the system will display a message on the infokiosk.
